2 Model Shoot with the lovely Artemis Fauna Model and Stephen Perry Photographer … Workshop to follow :D

I had the pleasure of working with the beautiful and talented Artemis Fauna model for a few days in London. We  had a spare couple of hours so we planned a little shoot with Stephen Perry.  Stephen came up with these quirky ideas (as he does) and the rest was history :D ….very tasty history! ;) We had alot of fun shooting these! :D

Shooting in Lake Annecy with Stephen Perry Photographer…

Stephen Perry Photographer and I went to a beautiful part of Lake Annecy in France and spent a few afternoons shooting.  The area is so beautiful and the colours are amazing! :)

These first few were shot in a quiet wood. It looks lovely and sunny, but it was freezing! :D

1 2 3 4

I was stood on this rock posing and a little black cat came along to join in, so I quickly sat down so we could get him in the shot before he ran away! He was very cute, but didn’t hang around for long, we obviously weren’t as interesting as he first thought :D

I love the rustic colours we found in this tiny village here… has inspired me to want to decorate a room in my house like this actually! :D

We found a very cool cave to shoot in. I grew up climbing quarries when I was bored, so I felt quite at home here!

We did a few headshots with the beautiful sunlight, at that point when you have 2 minutes before it disappears :)

11 12 13

We thought we better actually take a picture with the lake in the background, since we were infact visiting a lake and it would be rude not to! :)

We found a quiet road and did a quick nude here with the beautiful scenery in the background. Again with the last 2 minutes of remaining sunshine before it went to bed for the night!

I was very reluctant to get in the lake as it wasn’t warm at all! I did the toe in the water thing, then did a few shots dry and hesitant, then thought sod it, i’m already freezing I might as well get fully wet!! :D  The things you do for a shot! :D

16 17

This is 1 of 2 shots we took outside of this pizza place! We asked the shops permission to shoot here and owner said it was fine. After taking 2 shots, she changed her mind (perhaps on seeing my outfit oops!) so we ran away quickly to keep the peace! This was in fact just a test shot, but we still liked it!

18 19

This one is slightly out of sync with the others as this was shot on an Iphone! Stephen was asked by somebody to try shooting on an Iphone once, so whilst out walking we decided we liked the looks of these rocks and they would suit some nice art nude shots. So I quickly whipped off my walking boots, no make up on, rough pony tail and we shot this on Stephen’s mobile phone! :)

I was a great trip and a stunning place and I wish we could have stayed for a few months! :D

Headshot / expression video

I thought I would do a little headshot/ expression video, just to show movement and reality really. Its often easier to see a persons modelling from video than images. Of course I wasn’t modelling to any particular brief or purpose here, just throwing out a few random headshot poses. But gives an overall idea :)

Bye Bye Boobs *waves* :D

The life and times of my boobs “Sheila & Mary” ……. ;)

A long time ago in a wee village in the countryside lived a girl with a miniscule chest! Her mum had big boobs, her aunties and cousins did, every bloody female in the family did ……even her brother had bigger boobs ! :O  This made her feel bosom deprived! :/

One day after finding one of her chicken fillets in the corridor at work … hadn’t noticed it had fallen out and became a major trip hazard…. she decided for health & safety reasons, she ought to have them sown in so they weren’t so dangerous! (Always thinking of public safety!)  ;) (y)

So 11 years and 4 boob jobs later…… Sheila and Mary have seen (not so flat) flat mates come and go! They have decided enough is enough and they would rather be on their own! The flat mates have been nothing but a problem…..changing shape, moving constantly , one south, one north, gosshhhh! Why cant they just settle in their homes and be happy!!! Awkward buggers!

So basically due to my hyperactive implants that wont sit still my surgeon has decided they are out of control and all he can do is remove them!

So I will go from a C cup (with the flat mates) to possibly an A cup (empty flat!) :O   (gosh that’s an attractive description if ever I heard one….watches bookings decrease 500% in 30 mins!) :v

After 4 months of empty flat I will have the option to have them put back in…..or not! This decision i’ve not made as yet!  (A bit like the flat mates that you love to hate!)

Back in the day….I never wanted huge boobs, just a bit of something to be more in proportion I felt.  I’ve never liked the look of fake tits to be honest, but given the option of that or nothing,  I thought hey ho at the time, …. might as well!

So 10th November 2014 I will be having them removed. I will be fit to work again 1 week after, but i’m going to take a couple of weeks off just to have a wee rest. I will have little scars under my tits, but I already have, so that will be no different.

But in all seriousness the relevant thing is I will have much smaller boobs and will look different.

So any bookings after this date….this is the boob status (y)   Of course anyone already booked has already been informed, but for any future bookings, just to make people aware :)

I appreciate this may affect work, as modelling is quite simply based on your look! I’m not suggesting bigger boobs are a better look, as I don’t think this at all, but it will be a different look for me, so is relevant :)

I will still model to the same nude/ erotic levels and nothing will change that way.

I will further update on Sheila & Mary in the future to let you know whether or not I decide to let the flat mates back in, or whether they have seen their final day!

For now, Thanks a million and lots of love from Sheila & Mary xxxx <3

Sayyyy whattttttt!!!!

This is a bit of a funny one…..but I keep finding photographers say to me :11261455_766740870110136_1331912656_n

“I’ll book you when I am more able, I can’t shoot to the standard of your portfolio”….

“I’m just amateur, so I’d never book you”……     “I’d be too worried I messed up” ……

“Obviously you wouldn’t work with me, but….”        Sayyyyyy whattttttttttt!!!!!!

Am I really that scary!!! :O Goshhhhhhhh!!  :O

Ok , so here’s the craic  …….. I am a little model lady. I prance in front of cameras for a living and a loving! It’s what I do…. :D  Yipee!

When you want a plumber, you don’t think “Well I won’t use that one, because they’ve got 10 years experience…. I’ll use one that’s never touched a pipe in their lives!” :O :p

I LOVE what I do and it’s your passion and desire to create images that attracts me, NOT how many awards you have and whether or not you have shot the queen!  Yes I god damn well DO want to work with you, stop telling me I don’t!! :p ;)

Remember you book me to do a modelling job… purpose is to do exactly that, Model! Which is basically whatever YOU want me to do! It is not about me! Ever! It’s all about you! I cannot stress this enough! I don’t mean to make this sound all frank and worklike! But at the end of the day, it is! I adore modelling, of course it’s more than a job to me. But in reality, you book me for your purpose, as your employee for that time (as long as it’s within my levels of course!)  If you want me to wear an illuminous polka dot boiler suit and dance in the middle of the road, then that is my job and I shall smile in doing so! :D

Hopefully you want to book me because you think I can help you achieve something within an image, whether it be for a client , yourself or just for the hell of it …..! It’s not about what I want from the shoot or my agenda, I go in with an open mind ready to take on your mind! :D

My only interest is your satisfaction! Irrelevant of how many trees I have to climb or ponds I have to dunk my head in!  I know that sounds painfully cringe worthy , but I absolutely mean it! Nothing gives me greater pleasure than a happy photographer! (and chocolate) Saddo maybe…passionate to the max, definitely! :)  My absolute job satisfaction comes from us creating the best images we possibly can…. simples! :)

The other comments I get are:  ” Ohhh you’ve shot with fred, i’d never dare shoot with a model that’s shot with fred”!!!   sayyyyyy whattttt!!! **Bangs head off wall!** :D

What I display in my portfolio are images that I think show me at my best and most versatile …. it’s not about who shot what and where, its not even about a good photograph necessarily!  If God himself took a picture and I think my ass looks big, then no way would I use it! ;)

My portfolio is to show my modelling …..not how good a photographer may be at photoshopping 163 giraffes into an image. (Although that is amazing and has its place!) but shows more photographer/ retoucher skill, not model skill.  In essence…..I don’t choose images to display based on name, number of awards, followers….it is based entirely on the image look/style/relevance from my perspective.

My portfolio is admittedly image heavy from particular people, but this is because I work regularly with these people, not that I ONLY like their work! They send me images, most people don’t, as I have absolutely no right to images from anybody on jobs so i’d never dream of asking or expecting. But it’s not a case of “if you don’t shoot like these people then you’re not good enough” etc etc! At all! Ever! :)

A bit of experience doesn’t make you scary…….I’ve learnt a bit about lighting, lenses, angles and all that stuff over the years…so I can help if you’re an absolute novice, however I’m no photographer, I’ve never picked up a camera and I don’t intend to! So although I may know a bit about this and that, I don’t know what you know about your camera! I just know what flatters me and what doesn’t, but that is part of posing knowledge, it is not meant in any patronising way :)

Anyway…… as you can see, I get a bit over zealous in my writing , especially of these crazy topics! :)

But I simply cannot get my head around these comments and peoples lack of confidence in working with me….I am THE most down to earth person ever!!!! I appreciate I even look quite hard and scary in a lot of my work, but it’s ACTING! ITS NOT REAL! :D….I know people mean it often in a complimentary way and I do not take offence. However to me it is crazy ….as I sit here in my PJ’s thinking “whatttttt!! ….I’m scary!!” There are many people I would like to be scared….the police (so I need not pay speeding fines), my 10 year old niece (who scares me!) , the tax man (no explanation needed!) etc, etc, however I have the pleasure of none of the above! Must try harder! ;) :D

Lots of love and growls ;)
